Great that I don't have permissions to apply for mod

I believe this was a problem before, that I don't have permission to view the 'moderator applications' tab and apply. It would be great if it were fixed, so you'know, people can apply for moderator

They're possibly just not looking for staff at the moment.

You don't need access to the Mod Apps section of the forums to apply. The application is listed under the "More" dropdown in the header of every page.

The Mod Apps sections of the forum is more for staff purposes than anything else.
