I'm good at building, make sure you have a good frame, don't be afraid with interior design. if you think it sucks, it probably doesn't, ask around, if they say so, change it, if you don't want to live in a base you don't like the looks of, don't, go make something

and maybe be homeless for a while, you need lots of money for a huge house
