i need help reporting

i am trying to report someone for griff and for blaming some else for there griff his name is herobryson and he put up a sign and it said "you have been pranked my sheeprulz..." some people helped me find out who it was but i would like to get a bann for griff and framing someone else i think he did this because i would not let him live in my house. so if some one could file that report for me because my browser wont let me open up the page thank you for reading
