Offline farms?

So with the 5 min kick and anti-afk, are there any farms that function offline?

In another thread there is somewhat the same question... It seems that the best bet is living in a community with some activity so that you can take advantage of others being on.

No farm will have anything happen unless there are players keeping the chunks loaded. So the above statement is accurate. For best performance you should have a town with multiple players to take advantage of them keeping your chunks loaded and running.
