For anyone else who may stumble across this other than the OP.
The server is currently running version 1.13.2, but can accept clients up to 1.14.2 for connection. Gameplay however, is still in 1.13.2 until the performance and stability of 1.14.2 reaches a level of acceptability for server use.

i'm running 1.14.3 and it's going good
Yes 1.143 is also now accepted
