The First MC OldTown Survival Games​

Night is falling on our humble world. A community which has thrived as a peaceful and friendly utopia is, for the first time, promoting a player versus player tournament. The event will be held on this next Sunday, January 17th, at 2:00pm Pacific Standard Time (That's the west coast of the U.S.).

The first round will be a free-for-all qualification round (this means no teams). The top 5 players from the free-for-all qualification round will then advance on to the free-for-all, where prizes will be rewarded to the first place, second place, and third place winners in the normal, free-build/survival world.

Free-for-all Prizes:​

First Place:

1. 50,000 in game cash
2. The "Survivalist's Helmet" A helmet which will help you dive and take a little less damage.
3. The "Survivalist's Sword" A sword which is not meant to do much damage, but instead to help you survive.
4. The "Runner Up Boots" Boots which do no more than let you run faster and fall harder. (Even though first place is not really a "runner up.")

The Survivalist's Sword and its enchantments. It is also unbreakable.

The bonus health effect of the Survivalist's Helmet.

The enchantments on the helmet. It is also unbreakable.

The enchantments on the Runner Up Boots. They are also unbreakable.

Second Place:

1. 40,000 in game cash
2. The "Survivalist's Sword" A sword which is not meant to do much damage, but instead to help you survive.
3. The "Runner Up Boots" Boots which do no more than let you run faster and fall harder.

Third Place:

1. 30,000 in game cash
2. The "Runner Up Boots" Boots which do no more than let you run faster and fall harder.

MC OldTown may be experiencing the dawn of a new age, but the night is always darkest before the dawn. There are whispers of a greater battle yet to come-- a battle in which alliances must be forged.

Don't forget that this coming Monday is Martin Luther King Jr. Day and most American schools give students that day off. If you're parents don't want you to stay up late, you could remind them of that fact.
