Several people have asked about how my Enderman Farm was constructed because it is always full of endermen.
I will also link below the video I followed to create mine.
NOTE: Although I built my farm with /FLY, this farm is totally buildable in pure Survival without any special perks or donor benefits.
Although Enderman XP farms produce much less XP than in the past, they still maintain a viable resource for obtaining XP about the same as a Dual Spawner Mob Grinder. Which I also have and tested against.
I highly recommend that enough space be built to support a full Enchanting, Crafting and Storage Room with Anvils and an Ender chest.
