I'm not sure if this is the right place.

I believe we should have that if someone click (or tap if on a mobile device) on the number of people online (on website), they can see who's on and if there is mods on. I think this will be a great idea.

Why do you care who is on? If you cared if there were mods, you could just go on the server and look. In my opinion this may be a good idea to some extent, But I do think that you can just go on the server, and see who's on from there. I don't think we should take action it creating this on the site. Thanks for your time.

I agree with Em, starting Minecraft and join the server for the sole purpose of seeing who's online is a waste of time and, if you're obsessed with energy saving like me, a waste of... energy.

We used to have a way to list the connected players through the website, and I was much more comfortable than having to connect to the server. It takes 35 more seconds than using the website.
