Looking for a Texturepack editor​

Hello! Does anyone know a decent texture pack editor?
I'm looking for a way to edit the interface, not the actual gameplay.

• It has to work for Minecraft 1.10.2
• Nova Editor is for 1.9, its glitchy and doesn't have many UI options.
• Possibly afflict the UI of Forge mods? (I'm only using GUI/UI/Interface mods, such as Optifine)

Any additional information would be helpful.

This is very in depth editing, seems legit. However not what i'm looking for sadly. This is a 3d texture editor, i'm looking for something more for GUI.
But i'll use this editor if i ever decide to change actual Minecraft textures and not just the GUI.
