Colossus
Title says it all.
So my ocean has been filling up, ships piling up on ships, so I needed somewhere else to go, conveniently there is another ocean over the mountains, and this one is massive. But this ocean has one problem, there's a massive desert. So I figured I could instead of leaving it a massive sand dune, I could make it into a port-side city.
I'll toss up a few screenshots for anybody that cares

Tools for laying out (each color will be placed on the ground to show where certain places will be)
