The new Tutorial section

I saw the new tutorial section and I wondered, will all of those tutorials in general discusion be moved over there?

Edit: I mean move over stuff to it. Also, all tutorials are going to be "approved" atm by moderators, idk if thats going to continue but thats just what I felt like doing so we have quality tutorials.

yea I found that out this morning when I did a tutorial and it said wait for mod approval
