So, I haven't been on in quite a while. I had my home set in the Nether near a spawner. I also knew my warp was #37. I now see that the warps have been changed and have no way of getting back to my house. Is there any way that I can acquire the coordinates of my district?

Well, I may be able to see where you last placed or removed a block with our anti-grief tool, but its database may have reset too after you last logged in and there's no way to list one's districts and find their location yet.
